A love song for my wife, Judi. The imagery is drawn from our five years in the Hawaiian islands. A coconut tree thumped down coconuts the other side of our bedroom wall when the Kona winds blew. A banana plant’s leaves brushed our bedroom window screen. I could pick up fallen mangos on the sidewalk the half block to the beach. Glad I had the lady I do to share that with. Maybe someday, we’ll go back for good…
