Well, Bon Jovi has been my favorite band since I was 11. I am now 25 and still a major fan.

I saw them live once in Munich, Germany at the Olympic Stadium with about 70.000 people and it rocked. I am fan of the lyrics, music, vocals, concert performances and the guys’s attitude for life so it is no surprise that I got to write about them a lot.

Great post. I first saw Jon and the boys in concert in 1987. I think it was for the Slippery When Wet tour, or maybe it was the New Jersey tour. To this day, it is one of the most fun concerts I’ve ever been to. Besides the music, Jon interacted with the crowd and actually played games and little contests with the fans on the front rows.

@jharmon: I have been to a lot of concerts, but Bon Jovi has been the best one. They stayed for 2.5 hours, made two comebacks, had Nickelback as the opening act. I have seen Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Sebastian Bach, Motley Crue, Axl Rose and more but Bon Jovi rocked the most. The online chemisrty between the band member is also something else.

I am such a fan of Bon Jovi, although his new songs I only like a little. Watched his concert some years ago and it was awesome! Good post, Pinar.

Well, I started liking only half of their albums with Crush, but then I fell totally in love with Have A Nice Day- that’s one brilliant rock album and along my favorites- right up there with These Days, Keep The Faith, New Jersey and Slippery When Wet.
The last two seem a bit…repetitive? comfortable? they have some good riffs, great vocals and the bon jovi spirit, but I think they should just all care less about politics and well, rock!!!!
    :)
