Make no mistake these two rap icons influenced the rap game more than any other rapper period.
From Compton to Brooklyn these were two young men that established themselves as the kings of Rap undoubtedly even today you get goose bumps listening to their music. For Tupac and Biggie rap was a story, a narration of life as they saw it. You heard it in dear moma, brendas got a baby, going back to cali, notorious just to name a few. It is hard to point out who was the better rapper between the two, if you are from the east coast, you would probably side with biggie and if you are from the west it was all about tupac. Well I have been in many arguments over this topic with family and friends and there is never an easy answer. The two men were simply great in their own right and in my opinion; it would almost be unfair to put one above the other.
In my opinion Tupac’s upbringing (his parents being black panthers) gave him more reason to question authority. He was all about equality.

fair judgment, but i would give the crown to tupac.Why? His number of direct influence on artist in the music out weight biggie 5 to 1.

i say tupac. biggie will be the greatest freestyle/mc rapper to me but tupac just was to deep. if dont know what i mean u better ask a tupac fan how great was he or listen to his music. holla back.

B.I.G.,because if ya look at they discography PAC has more than 5 albums and B.I.G. only 1 before he dies and become the second best rapper on the history,and that mean that if biggie wold have more than 5 albums like pac it would be better and biggie freestyle is better but pac is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good.

Tupac he was to poetic biggie had a better flow nd he has some good poetic rap songs but tupacs poetic songs were better in my opinion,biggie was good no doubt with only two albums and labeled the second bedt rapper shows you sumtin about him. Tupac was just to me an bettet all around rapper

Biggy is a legend in the game.the best freestyler/flower/rhymer of all time but Tupac is atleast 50 times better than him.U can get a biggy anyday by adding jay-z and may be one other good rapper but to get Pac u need Shakespear,malcolm x, nas, obama and martin luther king.
