The Rolling Stones are Planning an Anniversary Concert

The Rolling Stones intend to mark the 50 th anniversary concert, reports British tabloid The Sun.

The fact that the group plans anniversary event, said guitarist Keith Richards. According to the musician, no concrete decisions “Rolling” is not accepted. However, it is assumed that the band will perform on the day of the 50 th anniversary of the first concert held at London’s Marquee Club July 12, 1962.

Earlier in the press have appeared about the fact that in 2011-2012, The Rolling Stones can organize a series of concerts to mark the 50 th anniversary. Officially, these shows are not announced. A Bigger Bang Tour, the last to date concert tour, “Rolling Stones”, was held in 2005-2007. This event was organized to promote the album “A Bigger Bang”, available for sale in the autumn of 2005.
