The Bee Gees singing Islands in the stream.

The Bee Gees is a family group made up of three brothers. Barry Gibb, Robyn Gibb and Maurice Gibb.

The Bee Gees have had huge success and some of their greatest success was during the 1960’s and 1970’s.

The three brothers were actually born in Manchester, England, however moved to Australia at a young age.

They returned to England in 1967 to give them a platform to promote themselves to a bigger audience.

It is estimated that the Bee Gees have sold over  220 million singles and albums.

The Bee Gees covered most of the soundtrack to the film Saturday night fever.  This was a time when Disco music was in full swing. The film’s soundtrack includes some of the Bee Gees best known songs.
