Sungha Jung is just a regular kid, but with a guitar, he is absolutely stunning!

Sungha Jung is just your regular Korean kid, now a teenager at thirteen.  However, with his pricey Lakewood A48CP in his hands, he ceases to be ordinary.  In fact, one may think he was born with a guitar.  The talent is definitely in his genes, but it’s with hours and hours of practice and dedication to the craft that he got so good and is now playing in the professional arena.

WONDERFUL TONIGHT

Eric Clapton will be definitely pleased to watch Sungha Jung do one of his trademark songs.  Truly a wonderful rendition and the crowd couldn’t help but be amazed by his musical style.

FIELDS OF GOLD

This is probably the third time I have included this song in my music features.  Needless to say, I love the melody of this song and it’s just fascinating to hear different versions of it.  Here’s Sungha Jung’s take on this original by Sting.

RIVER FLOWS IN YOU

This is actually the song that led me to stumble upon Sungha Jung as I was looking for covers of this original piano piece by Yiruma, who is also a Korean musical genius.  It is enchanting on piano and equally amazing on this guitar version.

Lastly, one of his latest uploaded videos, Bruno Mars’ “Grenade,” another wonderful performance.

GRENADE
