Song in Memory of Selena

Some of us still mourn for Selena Quintanilla and Aaliyah Haughton. I have written two songs. One is In Memory of Aaliyah, and the other is in memory of Selena. The song that I have written for Selena is more like a love song, but I am singing about the spiritual at the same time. The song that I have written about Aaliyah is about living and looking beyond to see what the end will be. When I wrote these songs, I tried to write what someone might say that has passed away.

If I could, I would change my voice with a software into both Selena and Aaliyah’s voice. Then the audience could hear something new using Selena and Aaliyah’s voice. I could hear my own words sung back to me as if they were actually singing them. This might would help sooth sorrow of their fans. Selena and Aaliyah would want us to remember them in a happy way praising God. That might be hard for most people to do, but we can always cherish them in our hearts.

You have a beautiful, beautiful voice. You need no music. THank you thr tribute to these two beautiful souls who died too early. I loved them both and sorry they passed. Salina should not have died. Aaliyah should not have passed in that plane crash but then again God dictates all. You are blessed with a beautiful voice and here you use it to comfort. Keep singing and may God increase you in it.
