Nanjing Art University’s Concert Hall will be the venue for opening night of the Nanjing International Jazz and World Music Festival.
Nanjing will come alive this weekend with music from all over the world filling the bars, nightclubs and many other venues. The universities and the community have supported the organising committee by providing some great venues to present international music.
The first concert will be on opening night, the 13th November, at the Nanjing Art University’s Concert Hall where Torsten de Winkel will present the Canaries All Stars Band.
Simultaneously at the University of Southeast China’s Theatre Snaarmaarwaar from Belgium will be entertaining on the other side of the city. Both concerts start at 7pm.
These bands will also perform at other venues during the festival which will continue through till the 17th November.
