Isn’t it obvious?
1. we have a man who looks like a girl. He makes music and then stops.
2. We have a shim, that starts making music.
It didn’t take long for people to figure out she had a penis. People just assumed she was an hermaphrodite and left it at that. However, looking deeper we can see that lady gaga and Marlyn Manson are one in the same!

Expect to see shim using both persona’s to compliment the other, such as when the shim used both persona’s in love game. Don’t let the mace-up fool you!
