Five songs that’ll make you laugh; as long as you have a sense of humour.

My Opinion of the Five funniest songs that are on YouTube.

1. Amateur Transplants

London Underground

The funniest songs are the ones that are rants about something. London Underground by the Amateur Transplants is a great example of that. Swearing warning, but still listen. I recommend you listen to some of their other songs either on Youtube or on their site at

2. Weird Al

Amish Paradise

The master of the parody changes the lyrics to the song Gangster Paradise to be about an Amish, one of his best parodies. Other Weird Al songs worth lsitening to:

  • Eat It
  • Fat
  • Smells Like Nirvana
  • Bedrock Anthem
  • Complicated Song
  • The Saga Begins
  • Couch Potato
  • Another One Rides the Bus
  • White and Nerdy
  • You Don’t Love me Anymore

Get listening.

3. Tenacious D

The D put together a lot of classical tunes and sing over them to make a classic comedy song. Swearing Warning, just incase your young. The whole of their Album and Movie ‘Pick of Destiny’ is hilarious but this song stands out for me as being the funniest.

4. Kevin ‘Bloody’ Wilson

What about poor old Santa Claus

An angry Australian singing about the problems Santa Claus has makes excellent listening. Beware of excessive bad language. Listen out for the revenge verse towards the end of the song, hilarious. Kevin Wilson has a whole christams album out which is worth buying.

5. Green Day

Dominated Love Slave

Billie Joe Armstrong and Tre Cool swap instruments to make a great funny song about being the Love Slave that Takes the Pain. Tre also sings another funny song called All by Myself, its after the silence after F.O.D. on the album Dookie or you can probably find it on Youtube.
