People who write lyrics may have written the words from Satan in disguise, and we sing them not knowing what the author truly meant.
My heart is in grief to learn about many people are in a cult. Lately, I have heard many rumors about entertainers worshipping Satan. There are songs that do not sound bad at all. The music can carry you so fast that you do not really pay attention to the lyrics enough. The words can sound so pretty that you just don’t catch what is misleading. You just gather information by ear. When you sit down and read the lyrics, you see how certain lines or verses to a song are thrown in with a twisted like cult message. It could have been a mistake but the song, We Are the World, has a line that you do not recognize as being misleading. “God has shown us by turning stone to bread…”
I have never read in the Bible that God has turned stone into bread. However, St. Matt. 4:3 said, “And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. (4) But he (Jesus) answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God.” You see, there is a big difference between the Bible verse and that one verse to the lyrics.
Sometimes people do things out of ignorance or may have been misguided by someone else. That is why you should search the scriptures of the Bible for yourself. It is easy to be deceived. It’s good to hear the word, but it is better to get the word of God into your minds by studying and reading. Do not rely on anyone, and when you face the world that is full of tricks, twists, and turns, God will bring all things to your remembrance. (John 14:26) “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.”
I feel sad about the big talk of our celebrities in a cult along with the things that I see and hear. We have repeated their songs and bought their music. We like them very much, and we have supported them. God can see what we all are doing and whether or not it is coming from the heart. People who write lyrics may have written the words from Satan in disguise, and we sing them not knowing what the author truly meant. There are even songs sung in our churches that ought not to be sung. We need to wake up and pay attention. I am glad God is a forgiving God.
