Big Time Success for The 22 Year Old Singer Jared Evan!

Young Jared Evan from New York was hoping that one day he will become the next Keith Moon (the drummer of English rock group The Who), later after being influenced by older hip hop artists…he became what he is today. The mixture of hip hop and classic rock is a really unique sound!

Jared has been a lead cameo in numerous Rik Cordero directed music videos, including Joe Budden’s “In My Sleep”(2009), Rick Ross “Deeper Than Rap”(2009), Heltah Skeltah’s “Everything is Heltah Skeltah”(2008) and others. He was also invited to open for Lupe Fiasco for several shows in 2008.

After that, he made a mixtape entitled “Radio in my Head” with 14 tracks, in 2009. His song “Frozen”, which he wrote and produced, is featured on the Lebron James “More Than A Game” soundtrack. The music video of the song was directed by Rik Cordero. His song “Headphones” again directed by Rik Cordero, was featured on Cordero’s “Inside A Change” soundtrack.

His second mixtape entitled “Back and Forth”, with 16 original songs, released in 2011; included leaks “Falling Down”, “Weight Of The World” and “Embers”, along with an acoustic version of acclaimed single “In Love With You”. Stat Quo, Roscoe Dash and Kevin Rudolf make guest appearances throughout the album and producers from Evan, Pharrell Williams, ill Factor, !llmind and many more!

He is now releasing his 2011 debut album “The Fourth Chapter“. With the support and help from Timbaland, Kevin Rudolf, Polow da Don, Jimmy Iovine, !llmind, Dr. Dre, Jimmy Douglass and others.

In his album “The Fourth Chapter” is appearing Jared’s debut street single “In Love With You” produced by Polow Da Don. The music video of his single was released on Vevo on August 27, 2010, and gained recognition and more views after the track made its TV debut on the HBO series Entourage, as the song closed the 8th episode of season 7 on 8/22/10.

This year he was touring with One Republic, where he opened several shows in March.

The reason I’m writing this article is about the recent increase in views in his music video “I’m In Love With You”. This is attributed to the power that telecommunications and the internet have today. The increase is due to a Greek satirical show called “Radio Arvyla”! Radio Arvyla is hosted by Antonis Kanakis along with Giannis Servetas, Stathis Panagiotopoulos and Christos Kiousis on ANT1 in Thessaloniki, Greece. Antonis Kanakis first played this song in the show about 2 weeks ago; the viewers of course liked it and so the show received a lot of text messages with the question who was singing that! Then he began to play a game with the viewers, refusing to give the answer! This exited the viewers, who began more and more to look for this track! When it was finally found….the “play” button literally “caught on fire”! Now the music video has 4.315.120 views! I really don’t know how many views did the song have before “Radio Arvyla”, but almost every day it has more than 10.000 views, so it is certainly gained more than 140.000 views in about 2 weeks. All the comments below the video are in greek and that causes confusion to the people who don’t know the language! Anyway, Jared Evan became very popular in Greece, everyone loves the song and now the song is played by many radio stations. The people are wishing to hear and see Jared Evan live in the “Radio Arvyla” show, as there is always live music before the end of each show.

I think it appears that Jared’s talent, with Matt Graham as his manager, Jimmy Iovine’s industry knowledge and Polow Da Don as the primary producer, is a big time success for JARED EVAN!

2011 will undoubtedly be a real breakout year for him!
