There’s no better common denominator in society than its love of music. read my opinion on the wonderful 2006.
Oh what an extraordinarily exciting year 2006 was for album releases.
Bursting onto the scene with great energy, passion and brilliantly invigorating songs came new band like:
These are to name but a few.
We also had well established bands gaining even more fans and respect due to releasing great albums.
Such as:
Again, this is but a drop in the ocean.
This vintage year should be cherished as one of the best years for music there has ever been. These artists, plus all the great artists ive not mentioned, have started the ball rolling for a great new age in song writing. I cant wait for the musical years ahead.
For me though the best album released in 2006 was The Kooks, ‘Inside in Inside out’. This brilliant album has it all. A modern classic in my opinion.
