If you are in a new relationship, you may feel compelled to make “mixed tape”, MP3 playlist or CD, for your sweetie. There are millions of good songs to pick, these are NOT some of those.

  1. If you want to be Happy by Jimmy Soul. “If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife, so from my personal point of view, get an ugly girl to marry you.”. If you are in a relationship with a girl, this is the number one song NOT to put on a mixed tape for your lover. However, if you are an ugly girl, it is the number one song TO put on a mixed tape for your lover.

  2. Every Breath you Take by The Police. “Every breath you take, every move you make, I’ll be watching you.”. This song may be appear to be a love song, and is often played at weddings, however it is a nasty little song of distrust in a relationship. Even Sting, the singer referred to it as a “Sinister song”. However if you are a stalker, by all means put this song on your mixed tape, that way the object of your desire has fair warning of your little problem.

  3. Tainted Love by Soft Cell. “Once I ran to you, now I run from you.” This line alone should be more than enough of an indication to leave this off the mixed tape for your lover.

  4. Fifty ways to leave your lover by Paul Simon. “Slip out the back, Jack, make a new plan, Stan.” This song is a rip off, while Paul says there is fifty ways, he only covers a measly five of them, and repeats them over and over. None the less, this is kind of a wrong message to send to your intended. It hint that either you are going… or gives them the idea to give.

  5. Baby got Back (I like Big Butts) by Sir Mixalot. “My anaconda don’t want want none, unless you got buns, hun.”. This little rhyme, is sure to squash any hopes of a romantic relationship with a quality individual. People already know men are attracted to some bit of the female body, we don’t need to remind them of this.

  6. Pictures of You by The Cure. . “I’ve been looking so long at these pictures of you, that I almost can’t believe that they’re real, I’ve been living so long with my pictures of you, that I almost believe the pictures are all I can feel.” Although this is a beautiful song musically and poetically it is about the the feelings one has after a relationship has ended. Additionally, the message this song sends could also be particularly touchy if you are dating an aspiring model and who isn’t these days.
