For Singing and speaking technics.

1.first,  give your self a good breathing pattern you can either be in a sitting or standing position in order to release the tension and body stress.inhale through your nose and exhale with your mouth.

2. second, try to begin with practising pronunsiation vowel sounds A,E,I,O,U repeatedly.

3.third, massage your jaw by closing and opening your mouth and say “ahhhhhhh” as long as you can hold your breath and inhale through your mouth, do it repeat idly.

4. fourth, inhale and try to cough with limiting force in your diaphragm, repeatedly.

5. fifth, try not to drink ice cold water or beverages.warm water is more advisable.

6. sixth, try speaking or singing with your lowest note before striking higher notes or before speaking aloud.

7. seventh, give your self a 5 minute break after singing or speaking continually for 10-15 minutes before doing it again then drink water slowly.

8.eight, hamming is a good thing you can do it before and after the activity to warm up or to cool off.

9. Don’t abuse your self the moment that you felt that your voice is beginning to get tired try to talk less loud and sing song that is more the breathing song than chesty songs.

10. Observe your breathing pattern when singing it is more in the diaphragm and less in the chest and in speaking more in chess, try to correct your wrong diction and pronunciation, try correcting it with the use of a dictionary.
