MUSIC.

MUSIC not just for entertainment. Apparently the music was also a good medicine. Music can relieve pain, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve mood, and cure insomnia.

Today, even a certified music therapist uses music to address heart disease, asthma and dementia. But, you do not need to learn music theory to get the benefits. Here are ways you can do to find harmony between your physical and mental, that is:
1. When you feel sick
By listening to music for an hour a day can reduce pain by 20 percent. Music also was able to reduce use of painkillers before and sesduah surgery. Try sitting cross-legged on a comfortable chair with eyes closed. If the pain is restricting your movement, choose music that makes you feel energized. If you’re having trouble sleeping, choose a tone that makes you relax. While listening to the music we imagine something yangindah and our favorite place then the pain would disappear by itself.
2. When you restless sleep
By listening to classical music and solemn eyes will make you sleepy then carried away by his own bed.
3. When you experience stress
Someone thought that too much weight will make him whole and an advanced stress so it does not focus on the job, it can be overcome with the music. Choose a song to be cheerful and uplifting thoughts about music and come to follow the movement will gradually eliminate the stress we feel.
