Vh1’s Top 100 Hard Rock Songs vs.. Your Favorites: A Rock Poll

VH1’s Top 100 Hard Rock Songs List is featured as a whole. What’s your list like?

VH1′S LIST

This list might get old but since the idea is to cover all hard songs, from past to present, the list is not exactly going out of fashion. Surely this list (voted by VH1 viewers, most possibly) includes solid classics and any rock fanatic can find at least a couple of songs thay like. The problem with the list, however is that the term has been used very loosely. After all, Soundgarden and Niravana are grunge bands. Pat Benatar is more pop-rock than just rock.  Poison is a glam rock band and even though they have really decent hard rock songs, talk dirty to me is not hard by any means. So let’s call the list VH1 top 100 rock songs instead.

Who’re your favorites from the list? Do you think some songs have been left out? Do you think wrong songs have been chosen from some artists? What would you leave out? What would you add? I am tempted to make my own list but I want to know what you think first.
