In the media musicians are making a complaint that unfair practices regarding royalties are taking place in the radio industry.

Satellite radio, Internet radio and Cable TV music channels pay royalties to performers, musicians and songwriters.

In FM and AM stations only songwriters receive these payments but not the performers themselves.

NAB or National Association of Broadcasters are opposing a bill in congress which requireds stations to pay royalties to performers. Artists maintain unfair treatment in these states of Florida, Delaware and Texas.

The radio stations believe that imposing a tax like this will bankrupt thousands of the jobs in this field. The question is in these trying times can they sustain and do they have the assets to payout royalties to artists/musicians?

Songwriters get royalties but is this worth the expense of the business industry in stabilizing jobs during these economic times? Can the industry support musicians as well? Its a curious dilemma.

The FCC looks into these kinds of complaints.

The cream should not make your skin dry and irritate your eyes. Some vitamin additions would make the skin recover faster. In addition to getting your wrinkles treated you should sleep well at least for six hours a day. Drink plenty of water and eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can. Now let us see what a good cream that specially targets the wrinkles near the eyes will do you. All the dark circles must slowly fade away.
