We all go through it at some point or other, whether it’s a break-up of a friendship, relationship or someone close to you dies. Sometimes listens to these types of songs helps you release the emotions that may be trapped inside. There are sometimes when you just don’t want to listen to music at all.

Music can also be a great healer though.
