All of these acts, are part of the 2009, Eurovision song contest, this year it was held in msocw, russia, in the 1980 olympic stadium, the stadium is huge. The contest this year, was the 54th year of having the contest.

After 4 days, the final 25, went through to the grand final, where they battled it out to win the contest. United Kingdom, did surprisingly well, as last year they were rubbish, this year they came a decent 5th!

Host broadcaster ‘channel one’ presented the sub-logo and theme for the 2009 contest on 30 January 2009.

2009 was the first year, since 2001, that there was simply no slogan for it.
