This gives a pic and discription on open c.
An open C chord is easy to make. You just need to start by putting your index finger on the second string and first fret.
Then you will put you middle finger on the four string and second fret. Then to finish it off you will put your ring finger on the fifth string at the third fret. This is how you make and open C chord.
Pull this off with out hitting any of the other strings. This is a basic chord use in almost every kind of music.
