At the root base of creative experiments were the participants: students, Brian May and Tim Staffel in the UK in 1964, founded the group “1984″ (based on the novel by George Orwell), later (in 1968) was transformed into «Smile». Brian posted a message in the walls of his “Imperial College”. It said that the group needed a drummer to play in the style of Mitch Mitchell and Ginger Baker.
