Helping you pick out good drum cymbals.

  1. First, you usually buy a pack with a 12in crash, a ride, and hi-hats. thats the usual.
  2. 2nd, usually buy a 14in crash next because you need more than one sound crash.
  3. 3rd, get a 10in splash, these nifty little cymbals can add more variety to the types of music you can play.
  4. 4th, CHINA, these are very hard to use at first, and the sound is very strange. When you learn how to use it, it will be a great addition to your arsenal.
  5. 5th, can be any type of effect cymbal (splash china, transformer, single bell, or metal highhats) which will just make all the music have a little more umph.

That is my guide to buying cymbols, it was also used by many other drummers, like Jojo mayer, and Vinnie Paul. It works and it will keep u learnin at a steady rate. Thanks and i hope i helped
