A Romanian inventor has developed a car that consumes 0.5 liters per hundred kilometers.
If they enter into mass production, would bankrupt the gas station and would embarrass the oil companies. The invention of them aprtine Justin Capra who worked year to design and build this car.
“This vehicle is trying to put together some knowledge such as dynamics, kinematics, front surface, drag coefficient, so we have achieved in one liter. About 5 liters Bucharest-Iasi I did,” said the inventor.
Another feature of the car is that it uses water as fuel.
“At 0.5 liters, about 30% is water emulsions using a special emulsifier,” says Justin Capra.
If they enter into mass production, individual machines would cost more than 2,000 euros.
