Ashes of the Wake is the fourth studio album by Lamb of God an American heavy metal band. Ashes of the Wake was released in 2004 to the mass public. This album was more political than their previous work aiming their music towards the war in Iraq at that time. Whether they were for the war or against it is up to your own conclusion.
Ashes of the Wake sold 398,000 copies in the United States making it their best selling album.
