The Occult in Pop Music: Article 2

Self explanatory I would hope.

Recently I wrote an article called The Hidden Occult In Pop Music. The particular focus of that piece was The Doors, ironically a band I used to like. It has long been rumoured that rock and roll was the devil’s music, and a short investigation  of many rock songs only seems to reinforce this notion.

I am not however here to judge exclusively any genre of music, as I stated in an earlier piece.

I do however think it prudent that parents pay attention to what their kids listen to. What you feed your soul affects drastically what comes forth out of it. I think many musicians are gifted, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes that talent is taken in the wrong direction.

Have you ever wondered why so many of the early rock stars were self destructive, gifted as they were? You’d think they’d be happy for all the talent they had. Right? I suspect that the SUBSTANCE of their music, the sort of things they propagated and endorsed eventually swallowed them up. A bad tree after all can’t bear good fruit.

These are just a few thoughts, something to think on.
