Top Ten Classic Rock Bands of All Time

Rock And Roll! well, that’s the term we used to use to describe classic rock bands and how they have changed the way we look at music forever. Here are the best and the most memorable rock bands of all time!

Starting off at the top of our list is a band from the 90’s. This band is called Nirvana. They come in at number ten with songs including Smells Like Teen Spirit and In Bloom.

At number nine is Alice In Chains. Alice In Chains has an amazing song called Man In The Box.

Coming in at number eight is a band I’m not too familiar with, but their music is simply put as amazing. This band is Poison with hits coming from the words of Brett Micheals.

Number seven is a band im truly close to and that band is ZZ Top. Mostly known as the man with the longest beard in the south and the hands of a god, ZZ Top has hits like La Grange.

Next is a band that I truly love and am very familiar with and that man I guess you would say is Eric Clapton with his featured hits Layla and Cocaine coming in at number six.

Now we have come down to the top five classic rock bands of all time. May  add that it is really hard to narrow these bands down to numbers considering that they all are amazing bands.

At number five we have The Beatles. A person wouldn’t consider them actual classic rock considering how old of a band they are, but they are indeed a classic rock band with their major hits such as….Hey Jude, Let It Be, and Come Together.

Coming in at number four is Lynard Skynard with their southern classic rock hit Freebird. Freebird has to be the most widely known song across the United States.

Here comes number three and that is Aerosmith. Aerosmith is an amazing rock band with their hit Dream On, which caught on fairly quick.

Number two is of course Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd is known to have written songs that are somewhat crazy and strange songs such as Brick In The Wall. Pink Floyd is a very historic rock band.

Coming in at number one is of course,the one an only, AC/DC. AC/DC is a statued rock band known across the world with their hits as Thunderstruck, Back In Black, and others. They have even had their songs featured as a soundtrack as in the movie Iron Man 2.
