This is the latest album by Rush.
Veteran rock trio Rush return with this a live version of their successful 2007 album Snakes and Arrows, featuring the groups trademark virtuoso musicianship of members Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart, this 2 CD set does everything you expect and offers forth some great rock tunes, including the Grammy Award nominated Malignant Narcissism, alongside some live re-workings of the albums other tracks.
Recorded during a lengthy world tour last October this is an energetic and lively affair, the fans in the Ahoy Rotterdam Arena seemingly savouring each and every guitar lick with relish. It’s possibly not an essential purchase if you have the original album, but for true fans and those of live albums it is a definite must have purchase and a nice step back into the limelight for one of rocks legendary acts.
