Popular alternative rock band Nirvana.
Kurt Cobain, guitarist and Krist Novoselic, bassist formed the American rock band “Nirvana” back in 1987 and later on went to succeed in the field including other singers and players who joined the band in 1990.
Famous albums of Nirvana include “Smells like teen spirit” and ”Never-mind”.
Nirvana succeeded in creating its magic in the grunge type of alternative rock music genre along with other popular bands like Pearl Jam and Alice in chains.
The run for the fame for Nirvana was halted in 1994 due to Kurt’s death but never the fewer bands has been popular over years to follow and even now remembered among music lovers.
In the year 2002 Nirvana’s incomplete final recording “You know you’re right” was released and was able to make its way to the top list of music across the world.
Band was able to sell around 20 million albums in United States alone.
