My Chemical Romance is one of the best bands to come from New Jersey not counting The Misfits.
My Chemical Romance is a New Jersey band that consists of Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Frank Iero, Bob Bryar and Ray Toro. They are all from New Jersey except Bob who is from Chicago.
Bob replaced Matt Pelissier when he got kicked out in Japan as he kept messing up. They have a few albums like three cheers for sweat revenge, the black parade, life on a murder scene and I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love. They started after Gerard was inspired by seeing the 9/11 and Gerard started it with Matt and Mikey then joined.
Frank used to be the lead singer in Prency Prep but then quit and came to MCR. Ray played guitar for them as Gerard couldn’t play guitar and sing at the same time.
