Crazy by Simple Plan

The song Crazy by Simple Plan adds to a string of inspirational songs that this band has performed. It’s one of those songs that people can relate too. It’s one that definitely speaks the truth about today.

The first verse pretty much describes how people will do anything to be “noticed” these days. They think that if they aren’t the “perfect” version of the most imperfect successful person that success will come their way. This is not the case since, obviously, photo shopping is a big factor in a lot of success.

The chorus, practically states how everyone is oblivious to the fact that people are actually throwing their lives away while trying to make something of them! No one seems to see a problem with all of this.

The rest of the song goes on to state that parents only seem to care about themselves and not the children they have created. Everyone puts money first before everything else because money is just another factor in their success and they cannot seem to share it with the people that are supposed to matter the most to them. They do not care that they blow money on things that they do not need because they can while there are people out there who are nowhere near as fortunate as they are to even have food on their table.

This song is a real eye opener. It definitely speaks the truth like I stated in the beginning. The repetitive line, “is everybody crazy?”, is one of the biggest reasons for the eye opening process. I mean, we all know that it is true. The fact that way back when, families used to be together, eat together, do stuff together. We should all agree that the differences in era’s have greatly affected the lifestyle people live these days.

This song is nothing less than amazingly inspirational.
