Christian Rock Music That Will Actually Kick Your Ass.

     I was nosing around on Youtube, looking for, of all thisgs, a Transiberian Orchestra song.  Over in the little column of ’similar crap’ on the right hand side, I found a link to a song by a band called Skillet.  (It’s the first one you’ll find below).

     It’s a surprisingly good rock song, and having never heard it, I googled the band…. and was surprised to find that they are actually a Christian rock band.  Maybe it’s a stereotype, but I tend to think that most Christian is, while positive in nature, pretty much lame.  There’s a reason the only Christian band I could think of was Stryper; there just aren’t many ‘kick you in the teeth good’ Christian bands out there.

     But after a few minutes of digging, I actually managed to find a few.  And believe it or not, some of them genuinely kick ass:
