Billy Talent is a Canadian band. They have a lot of popular songs, and most of their songs have meanings to them.
This song is about a priest who raped little children. This is also a true story. This priest raped about 150 children in about a 30 year time span. Some of the lyrics are:

In the music video when the singer says these lines a black blob is going to a little boys room and the black blob is supposed to be the priest. The boy wakes up because he hears footsteps coming down the hallway. At the end of the music video boys are lined up in a row without mouths meaning that if they tell their parents the priest will kill them.
