Many are blaming Bobby Brown for Whitney’s Houston’s drug addition and her death. Should he be blamed?
Bobby Brown states that he is not responsible for Whitney’s Houston’s drug addiction and death. Bobby Brown is being blamed for Whitney’s actions when she was here with us. He said that he had no idea that she was in trouble. Mr. Brown said that he was having lunch with his daughter prior to Whitney’s Houston’s death. He said she seemed to be in great spirits and that she even joked with him as well as Bobbi Kristina. Should Bobby Brown be held accountable for the death of Whitney Houston?
Is it fair for the media or Whitney Houston’s family to blame Bobby brown? He really wants the world to know that he had nothing to do with the death of his ex-wife. Whitney Houston unfortunately chose to partake in drugs and it had something to do with the reason she is not here today. Bobby says that Whitney Houston was using long before he came into the picture. Should a person be responsible for someone elses decision making?
Whitney Houston was a very talented artist. She inspired many young women. She was a mother, daughter and friend. Her music will continue to be in the hearts of her fans. Her life story was a sad one and nothing the media says will bring her back. We should allow her to rest and Bobby Brown to live his life. Whitney Houston like many could not overcome her demons.” I Will always Love You”

When one person has an addiction, there is no one else to blame, not the spouse or family, not the dealers and sellers, the makers and takers.

Methinks her addiction was of her own making. Life as a superstar creates such a lot of stree and pressure. So many pop stars succumb. Great article. I loved this.

I don’t like Bobby. I think he’s selfish.

They were simply two young people who married, both with issues which resulted in a bad marriage. I have always kept up with these two. Whitney was hanging out with a wild bunch in the entertainment business before she even married Bobbie. She was no angle. This lovely woman simply had an addictive personality and Bobbie loved to hit the bottle (perhaps more). The tragedy in all of this is that Whitney demonstrated to Bobbi Christina all her life, what an addictive personality was and now Bobbi is left alone, without her mother and seems to follow her footsteps. There’s a lot of blame to go around. Peace.

Regardless of the kind of husband that he was to her and the fiasco of their relationship, she made her own choices and paid for them with her own life…

I agree with the zeitgeist here. As someone who’s done their fair share of drugs, there’s nobody to blame but one’s self.

No one else to blame but the one who took the drugs

We all must take responsibility for our own actions and stop the “blame game.”
