Hip hop is not just a state of mind
It is a commentary on life and situations
Some rappers however stake there careers on rapping about things they have never done
I have heard the argument for some time that it is artistic license or expression
Bull shit actors portray
Rappers are suppose to be more than that
They are town criers,news reporters who can not be bought,our social consciousness
But some people especially kids believe the lies of wanna be gangsta rappers
Even worse some kids are styling themselves after these fakes and doing real crimes
Hip hop is about the real story of hoods across this nation and world
Sometimes the story is good sometimes it’s bad but it is real
There’s is nothing cool or real about claiming you killed someone,dealt drugs,did time,got shoot,ran with gangs
When you did not
