Leona Lewis was just a normal contestant on the british singing talent show “The X Factor” – as she survived each round, each week – it lead to her winning the show. Leona has sold over 7 million records world wide and had the fastest selling single “Bleeding Love” in 2007, could she do the same thing again with her new single ‘Happy‘?
Happy was categorized as soul and pop – The song is about a girl not being able to have everything and if you take chances you might feel the pain, if it ends up hurting her all she wanted was to be happy. It’s very much seen as her first single “Bleeding Love” which both have a slow beat however this song shows her inner side and lets us hear her powerful vocals more than any other song she has sang. On Sunday she made a special appearance on where it all happened for her, The X Factor, (no it was not lip-synced) and was praised by the founder of the show and also the man who she has been working with to get this album on shelves, Simon Cowell, stating: “Leona, I say this to you all the time but you are fantasitc”.
