Blanket Jackson & X-Factor

When the Jackson children, Prince, Paris and Blanket have made public appearances, it’s usually the youngest, Blanket, who tends to be more quiet and reserved out of the three siblings.

Tonight on X-Factor, the contestants sang songs by Michael Jackson. Three of Michael’s brothers attended the performance along with Michael’s mother, Katherine and his three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket.

It dawned on me tonight that Blanket is one insightful young man. He tends to be quiet and reserved as he prefers not to publicly speak as his brother, Prince and sister, Paris do. Blanket seems to be someone who can see through people and sees them for what and who they really are.

He seems to be a deep thinker and analyzes every situation. He understands things that perhaps his older siblings don’t or maybe rather not publicly acknowledge through speech or with body language. They do say the youngest sibling tends to have more insight than their older brothers and sisters and I agree with this. 

Both, Prince and Paris spoke several times during the X-Factor performances when asked by the host how they liked the show.  Blanket didn’t speak or have a microphone in hand as Prince did and it wasn’t handed to him either. He also looked quite unimpressed by each contestant’s performance. When you’ve had Michael Jackson for a father – who could possibly sing or perform any better? 

Blanket also seems to be a very insightful young man who will likely help to keep things in perspective for his two older siblings. I like this boy.
