This new season of Glee got my hopes up as it began but quickly turned the most interesting thing the show had done into a shallow story that goes against it’s core values. This change would have opened the shows musical audience to a vast library of music that many had never heard and could have challenged the very notion of what pop music is, but instead, they betrayed themselves.
